Is there any scholarship for iiit delhi student who belongs to St category and is under below poverty line but from outside delhi

IIIT DELHI offers fee waiver scheme/scholarship for students who are below poverty line, but only for DELHI STUDENTS. It is provided by the delhi government, every year after verifying income certificate. You can check it here:

no it is only for the delhi students.
