With an IPU CET B.Sc. Nursing rank of 728, an OBC category, and a Delhi domicile, getting a seat in a top government nursing college (like VMMC or RML) is very difficult because government seat intake is extremely limited and cutoffs for government institutions usually close much higher (often within the top 100–200 ranks).
