Aerospace engineering is the primary field of engineering concerned with the development of aircraft and spacecraft.

It has two major and overlapping branches: aeronautical engineering and astronautical engineering.

Aerospace is one of the various fields studied in LPU.

Dear Tarang, First of all I must clear that LPU doesn't offer Aeronautical but offers Aerospace as a specialization in B.Tech.

If you wish to go for Aerospace, then LPU is a place to be !

No university in India can match the infrastructure and exposure that LPU provides for this program !

I am sure this kind of prowess is not there i any institution in India.

But the point is: Seats are filling fast, and this niche program only takes a small batch only, If you wish to get in, you are required to write LPUNEST and qualify it, or you should have JEE MAINS score of 80%ile plus or you must score above 90% in 12th.

Going to lovely professional University will be much better when compared to Manipal institute of technology. There are many negative reviews on Manipal university. I see very few satisfied reviews over there.. where on other hand LPU is doing very well in educational and facility providing... Comparing with facilities provided,both the Institutes provide same kind of facilities, but when coming to quality education and placements, LPU have a good rating. So, choose accordingly.
