My obc rank is 86000 and inside relhi can i get dtu or nsit

Hello student I'm really sorry to inform you that with this Maks you can't get admission in dtu/nsit with this rank may be in last round you'll get in some lower branches. As dtu and nsit are one of the best engineering colleges in delhi after iit Delhi so admission in these colleges are tough.
Usually To get admission in NSIT and DTU in CSE you will have to get more between 220-240 as this would be the safest score to get seat there

Now  ,  coming to your question.
Since you are a inside Delhi aspirant,  you have a nice chance of getting admission in DTU because the cutoff rank for Delhites is much less than non-delhites.
For OBC,  a crl rank of 1.2Lakh would get you a seat in 4th or 5th cutoff in DTU.
