You may get ece in dcrust murthal. You will not get any branches in nit haryana or other top nits. You may get nit sikkim, Mizoram, Manipur and Nagaland in the 2 special rounds. But you will not get cse or ece. You can get streams like civil, it, mechanical.

No not at all. You can try in gftis for cse but I would recommend you not to do so because gftis are not so good
