You can get your parents sign the declaration form before you reach the center or at the center whichever is feasible or comfortable for you. There is no compulsion that you will have to get your parent's signature only the exam center. Along with the declaration, you will have to carry your admit card and a photo ID proof along with you. Also, try to reach the exam center an hour before the examination time.
