Which is better NIT Surathkal or IIT Patna for M.Tech. in CSE?

NIT surathkal is well established than IIT patna, as it is old college. But in recent year IIT patna has leaped very high. It has been will placed. I think both the college is good. You can chose anyone. You can look for your close proximity for chosing college. And even with IIT patna you will get the tag of IIT.
So, chose after looking all parameters
