As a student at NIT Calicut , I've found the infrastructure and facilities to be commendable. Classrooms are equipped with modern amenities such as smart boards and high-speed WiFi, enhancing the learning experience. Laboratories are well-stocked with the latest equipment, fostering hands-on experimentation and research. The library boasts a vast collection of resources, both digital and physical, catering to diverse academic needs. Sports centers offer ample opportunities for physical activity and recreation. Hostel accommodations are clean and well-maintained, providing a conducive environment for living and studying. The food served is hygienic and nutritious, meeting dietary requirements. Overall, the college ensures that all facilities are utilized efficiently and maintained to a high standard, contributing positively to the academic and personal development of students

Department of management studies of NITC is in south campus. The entire south campus hosts about 3 departments in same block, but primarily its for MBA. Classroom facilities are really good, given the fact that its a government institute. All classrooms have ACs, projectors and quality seating arrangements. There is a small library within the department, but the size of department library is of no concern , because there exist a central library of world class quality few distance away from the campus. Hostels are good. Campus has a canteen and good wifi setup. There is a ground in south campus, but used to play there and its not that much maintained. Its a clean campus.
I had a good experience, gaining knowledge at my college.

College Infrastructure
Our college has all the necessary facilities and equipments. The classrooms are all equiped with projectors. The central library has all the reference material you will need. There is digital library as well. Additionally each department has its own library. There is a CCC where internet and computer access is available.

Definitely it is worth to do the engineering physics from nit Calicut,it is one of most prestigious college. Engineering physics opens doors to fields like Applied Physics in various industries, telecommunications, informative sciences . They can make a career in micro-devices, microelectronics, optoelectronics and laser information systems or quantum information systems.
Here you will get a lot of support from senior and staff . You will get everything here .
