The campus of NIT Rourkela is really awesome...I feel really great to be a part of this institute...the infrastructures are quite good..the classrooms are quite spacious...hostels are well built and have the necessary facilities...the connectivity is quite great...we can find every necessary thing inside the campus... the campus is quite clean and hygienic ....there are libraries,sports centres, smart boards and many more...

NIT Rourkela is known for its academics..the professors are very good and friendly...they teaches very well and clear our doubts...wo used our to have tutorial classes along with regular classes which helps a lot...the practical classes are really helpfull...the quality of teaching is really great.

I m a student of 1st year... I don't know much placement...but I have heard about it from our seniors...and as per them the placement is really great...almost 90% students were placed last year..the highest package was for computer science... The College was very supportive during the placement process...

The course cost is around 2lakhs per year for general and OBC students...and the total cost for BTech course is around 8.5 lakhs for 4 years...yeah I m getting facilities more worthy than the money paid...the education facilities, hostel facilities, campus facilities are with the money paid...

Campus Life in NIT Rourkela is really a great experience...there are many clubs and activities ....the teachers, students and staffs are very supportive...the location of the campus is good...it is safe...the campus is clean and hygienic...

It is a great opportunity reading in NIT Rourkela....if anyone is getting a chance to be a part of this campus...they should not let it go...

HERE AT NIT ROURKELA, THERE ARE DIFFERENT BLOCKS FOR DIFFERENT GROUPS AND EACH OF THEM HAVE A GOOD INFASTRUCTURE, FACILITIES, AND EQUIPMENT. EVERY CLASS, LABORATORY, ETC.. ARE WELL EQUIPPED WITH FACILITIES LIFE WIFI, SMART BOARDS , ETC ... AND THEY ARE WELL MAINTAINED AND LIVING SPACES ARE CLEAN AND HYGIENIC.

I AM PURSUING MY B.TECH IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING AT THE INSTITUTE AS I AM WELL INTRESTED IN THE GROUP AND THE INSTITUTE IS ONE OF THE FINEST IN THAT ASPECT. AS PER ITS RANKING THE QUALITY OF TEACHING ALSO REACHES ITS LEVELS.

THE PLACEMENTS IN THE INSTITUTE ARE IN GOOD FORM SINCE YEARS SO ITS RANKED 2ND AMONG THE NIT'S . COMING TO PERCENTAGE OF STUDENTS PLACED ITS NEARLY 80% AND HIGHEST IS NEARLY 45LPA AND AVERAGE SALRY IS 9 LPA IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2019-2020

BEING A GOVERNMENT INSTITUTE THE COURSE COST PER ANNUM IS REASONABLE AND THE MONEY WE PAY IS WORTH IT AS THE FACULTY HERE ARE GOOD BASED ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE. ALMOST ALL THE FACULTY HERE WERE PHD GRADUATES AND GIVING STUDENTS A GOOD KNOLEDGE ON THE SUBJECT.

CAMPUS LIFE HERE IS AWESOME AND THE CAMPUS IS A RAGGING FREE CAMPUS . THE STUDENTSS AND FACULTY ARE VERY SUPPORTIVE AND HELPS YOU IN YOUR HARD TIMES. THERE STUDENTS CAN ENGAGE IN DIFFERENT STUDENT ACTIVITY CLUBS LIKE LITERARY CLUB , DEBATING CLUB AND MANY MORE RELATED TO OUR OWN EDUCATIONAL GROUP.

OVERALL I RECOMMEND THIS COLLEGE FOR ASPIRANTS AIMING TO A BETTER JOB AND BETTER LIFE .

The Department is Well Maintained , With So Many Facilities , We have So Many Clubs In Our Institute , We Have a Huge Library With So Many Books. We Have 7 boys hostels , 2 Mega Hostels, 2 Girls hostels and 2 Married Hostels

The Teachers Are Very good , Very Well Qualified , We Have LAN all over the campus ,We have So Many Clubs which Not Only develops Our Academics Knowledge But Also helps us to know about our passion , and also helps to Develop our Outer Knowledge

95% oF Students Get Placements , Highest Package Of 43 Lpa was given by microsoft previous year , and so many companies like adobe , Qualcomm , Udaan , Goldman's Achs , Infosys , etc So Many Companies Visit Our Campus For Placements.

Investing Money In This Institute For Your Future Is Worth it. My Fee Is 4.8 Lakhs For 4 Years , I Think Comparing With Other Colleges the Fee Is Very Less and we are also getting all others facilities .

It Has The Biggest Campus Comparing With Other NIT's , Seniors are Very Supportive , They Help Us A Lot , Teachers also help us a lot in clearing our doubts and also help us to know about future placement area .

Yeah , This institute is very awesome and has all the neccesary infrastructure .There is a very big hall for students in the Institute. The institute with its beautifully greenry around the campus, provides an ideal environment for studies . The hostels of this institute are clean and hygenic .There are has 11 hostels which include 7 boys hostel,2 girls hostel and 2 married hostel (only for research scholars)

I am a student in Electrical Engineering Branch. The Quality of Teaching in National Institute of Rourkela is very awesome. The teachers of this institute are very supportive and very highly educated and all are masters of their subjects. And apart from the studies, the teachers in this institute are also support to us in many other ways like in personal developement . In my opinion, the curriculum is updated,in particular research and developement this institute is a very good .

The placements quality of this institute is very good. The percentage of student placed in 2019-20 is 95%.The highest salary package offered was around 15.08 lac per annum for Electrical Engineering for the last year and for the Computer Science & Technology the highest package was around 42lac per annum. And overall average placement is being good and it is around 8-9 lac per annum.

In my opinion it is my investment for this study. Nit rourkela fee structurehave provisions for family having income less than 1 lac per annum. Including one time fee for 1st year student the fees is around 1.24 lac per semester.

The campus life in this college is very good and awesome. There are lots of clubs in this in college for overall developement for students. There is a swimming pool and a gym which gives a lot of fun

Till now , I have not go to the college but with the help of website I can say that infrastructure is good. I don't have the idea of facilities and equipment in the college so I cannot say much about it .

I am in a first year of food process engineering , I cannot say much about job.As we know not every teachers are good some are rude also so quality of teaching is good . As we know , food process engineering is new branch , I cannot say much about the job because placements can increase or decrease from last year .

Placements are good according to website . Quality of placements are good via website . In my course , there are 80% placements last year and the highest package goes to 6.70lakh per annum . Average salary of my branch is 4.70lakh per annum.

I am paying 60,000 per sem in this year including hostel and mess fees . I cannot say this money is worth or not because till now I have not reached the college .

Online classes are going on , syllabus is little bit fast in some subjects .

Yes my college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities,and equipment the classroom are totally good , good lifestyle, good building , and different facilities provided by different departments are good,high quality of equipment,. Facilities I got in classroom like free wifi, also acess to free wifi in library ,hostel Life was good , and good food which is a good expect wwell maintain lab ,Good living place and hygienic food

I am studying industrial design to get a. Good job.the quality of teaching is totally good ,great teacher with a lot of knowledge Who are friendly Yes our curriculum are updated and include and also there is a lot of development in in our respective branches , new lab are been created I am just going to leearn different designs software and also programming

The quality of placement quite good much better than all private and state government college ,many mnc are. Come here for placement The good point is if you in any branch you will atleast get. A job Wth the Average package of my branch is 6.5 lpa

My course fee is like 198000 .yes the value for many is good I get good environment and also good teacher and hoping for good placement

Good campus life a lot of events we can do we can join any club you want to join you can explore your self in that campus and also searched out your talent, the support staff is good and the teacher also good , it's location was good and safe the college have all stuffs for emergency purpose

Yes our college is having enough infrastructure for online classes it posses computer and lans.It has one of the most advanced and facility rich campus in the country. NIT Rourkela campus has all the modern academic, recreational, sports and everyday facilities like banking, hospitalities and etc. The institute has a lush green campus with sports fields and swimming pools for athletics practice.we are also provided with free lan and in library we have free WiFi which is amazing

The quality of teaching is good.the teachers have been very supportive and they conduct online test and provide assigments to boost our morale and they also provide us with reference books and they conduct doubt clearing sessions.

The quality of placements are outstanding.most of the branches are allowed to attend the interviews of software companies.irrespective of that the respective branches also get their respective core branch companies.the average salary offered is4- 6 lakhs and the highest package is 41 lakhs

The money I had to spend was rupee 90 thousand per year.yes ,it was worth because the campus,the surround,the teachers are extraordinary.the campus is good,the provide fuming facilities,basketball,various equipments for sports

Extra Curricular Activity (ECA) are those that fall outside the realm of the normal curriculum of Institute, performed by students. Extra-curricular activities help to develop the whole student. Students who are involved in extra-curricular pursuits tend to improve their academic grades as well. .I haven't recalled any worst features yet.yes the support staff is great.it can manage handle emergencies

I guess this is the most beautiful and most clean college.There are lots of facilities , pure drinking water, proper electricity all time, there is free wifi at every place in the campus area, food are tasty and hygienic.

I am in 2nd year , and from my experience i believe the prof. are too good in teaching, we are provided with lots of good study materials ,we are made job ready by our prof. and seniors , every one is good and very much helpful.

students are well placed and about 100% placement occurs , about 250 companies comes every year. Every one is provided with training before going for campus . it is really good . you can get placed well . hard work.

THe Best Infrastructure in all NITs,it have a very large campus! it is a dream come true for me. I use to always dream to get into this college. it also have a large scope for other extra cultural activities due to large and unique infrastructure.

Academics is the part where NITR Rocks.it have many high profile professors. the quality of teaching is exceptional good.1st year study is very vast and common for all, its a good way to build basics among newcomers. tThe study is completely updated and make use really job ready

Looking at the past year performance, NITRs placement record has been exceptional. it has a high quality of placement record. Nearly 95% of the students get job.it get 45lakhs package last year in CSE branch. the average salary varies from branch to branch but in general its 10lakhs and above

The campus is large and has all the necessary infrastructure. All the laboratories and the workshops are completely equipped. The hostels are large. There is LAN port provided. The library however, has free Wi-Fi access. NIT Rourkela is one of the largest NIT campus and one of the cleanest campus. All the facilities are highly advanced. The swimming pool, the SAC and all other facilities are no less than any student's dream college infrastructure.

Academics are one of the most part of NIT Rourkela. The Professors take regular classes. Students are also given regular assignments to keep in touch with the curriculum. The curriculum is up-to-date. There is also provision for taking Minor subjects( for students scoring above 8 GPA) from subjects of different branches. The subjects are mostly application based and help make a student placement ready.

NIT Rourkela's placement are good enough taking into consideration all the factors. The best placement is obviously of Computer Science department. However, all branch students are allowed to sit for software companies during the placements. All major companies come to the institute including Microsoft, Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, TATA, Mahindra, HP, Wipro, Infosys, Dell, and many other colleges. The placement percentage is 97.6%. The highest salary was 36LPA and average salary was 8 LPA.

The Tuition fee is about 60k INR. The fees of all the NITs is the same. The hostel and mess fees may vary from institute to institute. However, the fees paid is completely worth the experience at NIT Rourkela. Overall fees is 1 lakh per semester. The Campus life at NIT Rourkela is simply amazing and the facilities are also great.

The campus life is great. It is difficult to choose the best feature of the college. The natural scenic beauty, the SAC, the new academic building and lots more. The vibrant colleges fests are worth waiting for all year round. The students are engaged in many activities including Sports, Literary, Quizzes, MUNs, Robotics, Dance, NSS, and many others. The worst part of college is its location, as it is away from the main city. Even the city does not have an airport. One of the safest campus.

All the support staff and professors are friendly. The campus has facilities for dealing with all kinds of emergencies. The campus is large and has one of the best placement scenarios. NIT Rourkela is the 2nd best NITs in the country and students should not leave an opportunity for being a part of this great institution.
