A good college placement program plays a pivotal rote in shaping students careers. so have a good placements season is important. fortunately NITR have a very high placement rate. most of the eligible students get placed in 300+ different companies.

yes, its worth your money. the total fees for 8 semester ranges from 3-8 lakhs depending upon your financial condition. also there are so many good scholarship program which can further aid your condition

as the campus is very large.... there are so many cool places to hang out... and with fests happening … you will be having the best time of your life,. plus there are some good restaurants and food stalls .

College have all necessary infrastructure, classrooms, laboratory, library all are available, wifi also there, for sports there are multiple playground and stadium, smart board are not that much used there

Yes the course structure was good, teaching is mostly related to practical application of the concepts, course curriculum is updated with new technology and advance courses, yes the courses can make you job ready

Placement is very good here, almost all the MNC came here for placement placement record are good year by year most of the companies are IT related , some branches got 100 percentage placement, avg CTC is quite good

The hostel was good at NIT Rourkela. The mess food is good . For the first year there is a special hall of residence. There are so many hostels for boys but only two for girls , just because the number of girls is very less as compared to boys. Playground were there, one swimmingpool is there having different timmig slot for bith boys and girls.

I get enrolled in civil department in the year of 2021 . The quality of teaching is a way better than the normal engineering which is has to be as it is a NIT .Professor were helpful and well qualified .

As it is one of the most recongnisable engineering college of INDIA the placement is well and good . There are less number of civil jobs just because market has less number of industry but the student get placed in the domain of analytics and software including finance and some student get a job with the GATE exam .

The actual fee for the college is 1 lakh per year, but for the reserved categories and economical weaker section the tution fee will we excluded so they need to pay only around 60K in a year. Student get loan facilities with in the campus bank branch of SBI.

Campus life goes smooth. a college of national importance and who ever studies here are lucky enough.You will explore a lot of things . So many clubs are there who cover different domain of interest .

infrastructures are huge and well maintained but at 1st u will be allotted Vikram Sarabhai hall ,of whose rooms can feel u light short but with time u will be able to manage .And vs hall is so dam huge that at first u will feel like a maze, u will lost the way to come back to your room so be careful.

credit system is quite impressive ,And little difficult to get it .Faculties are simply awesome and friendly and helpful .A big drawback is the long duration of counseling process due to which we have less than a month for our mid sem?

The 1st thing I searched on Google after getting this nit is the placements ,And guess what simply ❤️ it .And after our orientation seminar I can assure u wouldn't need a placement but u can start yourbown startup because the startup culture is far good from my imagination .placement stats are also good

we are now enjoying our large campus by roaming here and there all day.And exploring new things and new space . little drawback is that due to massive campus area u have to go for a cycle otherwise u can't explore the whole campus
