Congratulations to your son on securing AIR 877 in JEE Main. Both NIT Trichy CSE and IIIT Bangalore CSE are excellent options, but the choice depends on your priorities.

Hello, with SC rank 11162 in JEE Main, admission to Mechanical Engineering at NIT Trichy depends on category-wise cutoff ranks, home state/other state quota, and JoSAA counselling rounds. Cutoffs change every year based on demand and seat availability, and Mechanical Engineering at NIT Trichy usually closes at relatively lower SC
