Hello Naman,

Compartment exams are held for students who have passed their class 12th examinations the previous year but want to appear for improvement exam in one or more subjects or have failed in some subject but have passed overall.

As for your question, you have to menton the institute name and pincode of the institute from which you had initially passed th class 12 exams.
