My friend's cut off is 192 and he belongs to bc. Will he get CSE from psg college?

With a cut off of 192 in the BC category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the PSG college of technology when comparing the results of previous years. For one to secure a seat there, a cut off score of something which is not less than 198 or above is required.
