My son is an OCI card holder and has completed his 10th & 12th in India and also we have been residing in India for the past 14 years. Will he be considered under the general category for VIT/SRM/IIT JEE and NIT? What will be the Fees Structure? Can anyone help me ?

As you mentioned your son has done schooling from India and you all have been residing for 14 years . So you need not worry your son is eligible for the general category.
Coming to the fees of the colleges you mentioned-
VIT vellore- It has five categories and accordingly the fees increases. The first category total fees including hostel would be somewhat between 15L . The 2nd category has almost 18-19L.
Srm - It too has same fees as vit vellore 2nd category.
Nits- These are government institutions and if of national importance. It has fees approximately 8L . But it is more less due to fee remission provided by the institutes bases on family income.
