the library: has resources of 60,000 volumes,1400 journals and periodicals,700 cds and video cassettes. there are 9 hostels out of which 7 are for boys and two for girls.the colledge has badminton court, basketball court, cricket ground etc which are well maintained.the food is hygenic and the mess is clean.

I am studying in electronics and instrumentation branch. as I am a fresher and 2020 is going on so we were not allowed to go to our college my onlione studying experience is good. yes i think that my curriculum is goo for me and it is well updated.

I think that the quality of placements is good. over 75 % students are placed every year so it is a good sign that placements are good and students are intrested in the respective jobs.average salary is between 9-10 lacks per year.

my frist year fees was 124500 Rs so i think it was well balanced.second year fees is 99,000 Rs and it is same for ,2,3,4,5,6,7 seems but same as 1 in last sem.

about campus life i dont know much about it but according to y seniors it is good. and fresh environment is provided for students.

We have not reached colledge yet. I am a fresher and colledges are not opened. But our nit is one of the best nit so it should have all facilities. The colledge environment is quite good as i have seen many pics in internet.

Mechanical Engineering, because i love it. The teachers are very supporting in online classes as colledges are noopened quality of teaching is good. Yes the curriculum is updated and we this will definitely mske us job ready.

Good placements nearly 100% of cs branch and all branches have good plscements the highest was42 lacs. I am a fresher so i don't know that much. There are many companies nearly 200 companies so placements are good.

The fee is 2.4 lac per year but it is worthing as it best nit and there are scholarships as well.

Lots of opportunities in facilities and infrastructure are available in our department. Classrooms are in good condition and hygienic, and labs have every equipment required for the experiments. About 8 students out of 10 students got placed in our course, and placements offered on our campus are good. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, the average salary package offered is 5-6 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 8-10 LPA. Majority of the students got placed in Aditya Birla Groups. Lots of internship notices came, but only 7-8 students got an internship out of 60 members. A typical NITR student starts his journey in NIT Rourkela first on the jogging tracks and then moves to class. He/she spends an entire year jogging but if you think he has lost weights due to jogging , then you are certainly wrong. Mess food has been more impactful in this case. Despite having a mess menu better than most other institutes , he/she will complain about it.But then he will never miss the Sunday Meal for he loves to have Tandoori with a coke.

I was not interested in this course, but I got this course somehow. Later, I was getting involved in every topic in this course, and now I am enjoying it. Fests and events are excellent, and by these events, we get connected to lots of people around us. Campus surrounding are perfect

The infrastructure is great; all facilities and equipment are well maintained and internet service is quite satisfactory. Living spaces are cleaned regularly and quite well maintained. Classrooms are wonderful in terms of sanitation and maintenance. They are used and maintained all in one frequency.

I'm studying B.Tech Metallurgy and the quality of teaching is quite good and so are the faculties of the department. The curriculum is truly updated and includes almost all the recent developments in the field.

The quality of placements in NITR highly satisfactory if not excellent. Every student from top 5 branches gets placed in the campus placements. Highest salary package offered was around INR 55 lakh pa to the department of CSE. Average salary for most of the branches were just a notch below INR 7 lakh per annum.

The college costs around INR 2-2.3 lakh per year. The infrastructure and residence fees are a notch higher than other residential colleges but they will be worth it if you know how to utilize them.

Campus life can be highly engaging if students are up for it. Students can engage in some 60 odd clubs of their interest.

College has a very good infrastructure ofcourse. The campus is huge with swimming pool and gyms. hostels have also provided washing machines and geyser for the convenience. Library and sport centres are there perfectly maintained

I am studying in National institute of technology Rourkela. The quality of teaching is good. Curriculum and everything is updated and all sorts of development has been made ofcourse so that the study could make us job ready

Placements are pretty good. Students are really hardworking . Many gets core placements and the top branches has hundred percent placements. The average salary must have been around 4-5 lakhs. The College has been supportive

Each year it costs 2 lakhs that is one lakh per semester. The money is not worth it . Because there are lot of lot of scope of improvement in hostels and campus also in academics. Few things are not there in each hostels

Campus Life is fabulous. There are various clubs in the campus . We can participate according to our interest . The students teachers and staffs all are supportive. Location is super good and it's super safe but it would be hard to manage emergencies due to lack of road transportation

Yes our college is very well eqiupped and infrastructed and also with very advanced facilites our college having 24 hours electricity and wifi too and in our librabry we have plenty of books to read and acquire knowledge and the food is also good

here in this university i have choosen the metallergical and materials science engineering department and i have choosen this as of my interest towards the subjects and the professors who teach us are very well talented and expirenced so that we can attain the knolwledge to make us job ready

in nit rourkela the placements are awesome and maximum of the passed out students are getting placed in many well known multinational companies and with an average pacakge of 9 lakh and of highest package of 42lakh

our course metallargical and materials science engeneering btech costs 122500/- and there are many scorlorships available by which get compensated of maximum of the fee and ofcourse it is more than money worthy

our campus is at rourkela in orrisa state and there are many features here there are about 22 departments of engineering here with plenty of facilities to devolop our knowledge and also there lot of stuff to enjoy

here we have very good seniors who always helps us in each and everything and also we have many clubs here to explore each and every talent of ur wish and dream and the campus is so big such that we can enjoy a lot

Nit Rourkela is a great campus .The campus faculty what i have seen in few month is good ..The professors are very active in clearing the doubt and during classes.Everything in this college is well maintained.I am well satisfied with college .

National Institute of Technology Rourkela is a large campus of around 600 acre . student enjoy in the campus . they got opportunity from other activity like sports , music etc.

NIT rourkela is the 2nd largest campus in india,which is a township itself,the classrooms are vast and hostels are good enough.The mess is connected to the hostel.The cleanliness is maintained.There is a night canteens in every hostel it remains open till 3 in the morning. There are playgrounds for each and every game.

There is nothing different from other colleges as you know the education system.You know the criteria of being a professor you must have a degree of p.hd.It has a mandatory 90% attendance.work load i think is a little bit heavy,the timings are 8am to 5pm(2-3 hour off in between)for weekly 5 days.saturday and Sunday are holidays.

As our professor said 7 to 8 pointers of nitrile are more successful rather than 8 pointers because of very much extracurricular activities.The average CTC increased from 7.48 to 8.75 LPA.Placements in 2020 have witnessed a total of 909 job offers.

For the corona pendamic i have not been in college yet but i know that the study quality is pretty good.the faculties will take care of you if you have any doubts.but you have to do more self study otherwise the teachers cant help you.

Its placements are really good . My branch is dual degree mining engineering .its placements are really good.its average placement package is five to seven lacks per annum and almost all students are placed. In my opinion if u chose nit rourkela then you made the correct choice . It is the 16 th best engineering college in india.

I am currently studying in dual degree mining engineering branch . The first semseter fee is 122500 rupees and it is the highest fee among all ten semesters and then you have to pay 99000 from second semester to eighth semester and in 9 th semester you have to pay 102000 and in last semester you have to pay 99000 again.

In campus life nit rourkela is the best among all nits and iits in my opinion . Nit rourkela offers the best campus life that you ever had in your entire life . Its campus life is very great .
