the campus is spread over an huge area..it is green and ecofriendly ,it has the tallest building in rourkela the golden jubilee building...which was virtually inaugurated by the education minister recently...

i am currently a freshman in the college..... and studying int msc maths ....the teachers are very knowledgeable and cooperative ...the cirriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field

the placement for the senior batch have been quite decent ..almost eveyone was placed ..the highest package was 43 lpa last year..and the average in our branch was 9lpa since all the courses here are qualitative and quantitative it attracts alot of companies

i pay 2 lacs (approx) per year... and i think its worthy, if we see all the facitilies provided by the instituition ,hostel and libraries...nirf ranking of the institution is also pretty cool so i think its worthy..

we havent been on campus yet ....but the reviews given by the seniors were pretty good..there are 80+clubs for different fields ...it has a very active social life wherein all festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm and participation..

Yes the college have all the necessary infrastructure facilities and equipment.classrooms are also well managed ,neat and clean .food is also hygienic.wifi is also available .smart boards are also present

I am studying electrical engineering in nit Rourkela and I think it's a intersting and hard branch but proffecers are very helpful and student friendly.they clear every single dbouts of students.yes I think curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the filed

Placement is very high in nit Rourkela better than other colleges .every year it is increasing.placement process is easy and pleasant .yes college is very supportive . Everyone is very supportive when it comes to students

The course cost a little much .but I think it worth because we can learn everything that we paid for also close to our dream.we have to only work hard to achieve the success and also scholarship facilities is here

Campus is very good and the atmosphere also.their are many clubs in nit Rourkela so students are engaged in different activities.location is very beautiful. yes it is safe for everyone.yes it handle emergencies

Nit rourkela is one of the top instute in our country which provides quality of education. Our college has large infrastructure here each and every department has its own building. Well equipled libraries and laboratories. Here classrooms are well decorated and provide us good environment for studying teachers are good and supportive. Living spaces are clean and we get good and hygiene food

Nir rourkela is one of indias top institute not in providing higher and quality of education not only in education also it has a large pracement. More than 90 percent students gets placed every years and rest opt for higher studies. The students who got placed they receive a good handsome pakages with average 12 lacks per annum amd highest pakages of more than 40 lacks per annum

Nit rourkela is a rop class institute in our country studying here is a matter pf proud for every student and dreams of many students. It is a goverbment institute so in cost of money ot os very much cheap even middle class families can easily get into this campus. Its cost us not much high as conpared to private institutes. Yes i fell i am getting money worth because it provode us world class education

Nit rourkela ha vast campus located in the middile of treees and hills it is more than 600 acers. Living here is very much comfortable. Here there are large play grounds where we can play each and every sports and ut also has a swimming pool. Teachers and staffs are here vely much helpful and supportive they are always ready to help us.

Nit rourkela is one of the top class government institute in our india. Is has a vast area campus area and well equipped buildings. Here you will find every department has its own building. Here teachers are highly qualified and supportive they always help us. Here dean also supports us and motivates us. Overall studying here is very much proud for me

The college have all the necessary equipments and facilities. We have LAN port in our college. The campus area covers 265 hectares with full of greenery. The living space is even good and the hygeine of the food is well maintained.

I'm pursuing Btech in NIT ROURKELA . Our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. We are allowed to choose electives in 2nd year which is helpful to know more about our field of interest.

The placements here are quite good. The highest package offered was around 60 lacs. Talking about the respective branches, computer science department always tops the list. The placements for other branches is also equally good.

The course costs around 80k.

The campus area is quite large with full of greenery. It has around 9 hostels including 7 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel. The college provides us with the amazing clubs which you can choose as per your field of interest.

The college is very rich in case of Infrastructure. It has well developed modern technology based infrastructure and much advanced Infrastructure which helps the students in making their life comfort at the campus.

Academics section is mind-blowing at the National Institute Of Technology, Rourkela.The teachers are much experienced and they are able to explain you the things very easily. The teachers are much helpful also.

Placement of this College is good . Approx 90% of the college students gets placed . The average package of the course was 6-7 lakhs per annum which is surely a good starting package. My college was supportive.

The cost of course per year is approx 1.1 lakhs per year.

The department is well maintained with new buildings, but they are under construction. Mechanical Lab, Physics lab, Biotechnology lab, microbiology lab cell and molecular biology lab, bioseperation lab are well equipped.

To provide broad knowledge in multidisciplinary engineering subjects and latest technological advancements in computing, communication, VLSI and applied domains of engineering. The basic level teaching and gradually increasing the diffiulty level, proper tests and evaluation methods adds up to the plus points of academics here in NITR.

As our institute is of national importance, the placement is also good. There's hundred of companies participating in campus placement process so placement is also good. Average package is somewhat 7-8 LPA for cse branch and if you are qualified enough, placement is nothing but a step towards our thorough development in life.

The lab equipments and mess food charge and tution fee is also worth it, nothing is overpriced, and we are good with the fee they are charging, besides there's many scholarship to apply for so the needy studensts an also afford the tutuin fee easily.

Learning environment alongwith cultural activities and extra-curricullum actvities just gives the campus life more fun element and its just perfect.

there's so much more to say, i just love the way this institution works, the freedom of speech, the proper attendance taking methods, specially the NSS subject, feels like I am meant to opt this subject. I am very proud to be a part of it with my utmost will to be one. Besides this, the language problem which i thought i will suffer from, is just now nothing to worry about, teachers speaks fluent english understandable to everyone and my concerns are all gone regarding the communication part.

the library: has resources of 60,000 volumes,1400 journals and periodicals,700 cds and video cassettes. there are 9 hostels out of which 7 are for boys and two for girls.the colledge has badminton court, basketball court, cricket ground etc which are well maintained.the food is hygenic and the mess is clean.

I am studying in electronics and instrumentation branch. as I am a fresher and 2020 is going on so we were not allowed to go to our college my onlione studying experience is good. yes i think that my curriculum is goo for me and it is well updated.

I think that the quality of placements is good. over 75 % students are placed every year so it is a good sign that placements are good and students are intrested in the respective jobs.average salary is between 9-10 lacks per year.

my frist year fees was 124500 Rs so i think it was well balanced.second year fees is 99,000 Rs and it is same for ,2,3,4,5,6,7 seems but same as 1 in last sem.

about campus life i dont know much about it but according to y seniors it is good. and fresh environment is provided for students.

We have not reached colledge yet. I am a fresher and colledges are not opened. But our nit is one of the best nit so it should have all facilities. The colledge environment is quite good as i have seen many pics in internet.

Mechanical Engineering, because i love it. The teachers are very supporting in online classes as colledges are noopened quality of teaching is good. Yes the curriculum is updated and we this will definitely mske us job ready.

Good placements nearly 100% of cs branch and all branches have good plscements the highest was42 lacs. I am a fresher so i don't know that much. There are many companies nearly 200 companies so placements are good.

The fee is 2.4 lac per year but it is worthing as it best nit and there are scholarships as well.

Lots of opportunities in facilities and infrastructure are available in our department. Classrooms are in good condition and hygienic, and labs have every equipment required for the experiments. About 8 students out of 10 students got placed in our course, and placements offered on our campus are good. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, the average salary package offered is 5-6 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 8-10 LPA. Majority of the students got placed in Aditya Birla Groups. Lots of internship notices came, but only 7-8 students got an internship out of 60 members. Internship offers are from Tata Groups and some software companies.so it's pretty good in placeme

My course feee is 74000 per year(sc category) ....no it's fine ..I m getting more than worthy.its pretty good.its amazing.it has a decent services with cheap price.

A typical NITR student starts his journey in NIT Rourkela first on the jogging tracks and then moves to class. He/she spends an entire year jogging but if you think he has lost weights due to jogging , then you are certainly wrong. Mess food has been more impactful in this case. Despite having a mess menu better than most other institutes , he/she will complain about it.But then he will never miss the Sunday Meal for he loves to have Tandoori with a coke.

I was not interested in this course, but I got this course somehow. Later, I was getting involved in every topic in this course, and now I am enjoying it. Fests and events are excellent, and by these events, we get connected to lots of people around us. Campus surrounding are perfect

The infrastructure is great; all facilities and equipment are well maintained and internet service is quite satisfactory. Living spaces are cleaned regularly and quite well maintained. Classrooms are wonderful in terms of sanitation and maintenance. They are used and maintained all in one frequency.

I'm studying B.Tech Metallurgy and the quality of teaching is quite good and so are the faculties of the department. The curriculum is truly updated and includes almost all the recent developments in the field.

The quality of placements in NITR highly satisfactory if not excellent. Every student from top 5 branches gets placed in the campus placements. Highest salary package offered was around INR 55 lakh pa to the department of CSE. Average salary for most of the branches were just a notch below INR 7 lakh per annum.

The college costs around INR 2-2.3 lakh per year. The infrastructure and residence fees are a notch higher than other residential colleges but they will be worth it if you know how to utilize them.

Campus life can be highly engaging if students are up for it. Students can engage in some 60 odd clubs of their interest.
