in manipal entrance test,I have scored 320 marks but I did'nt touch two subjects,is there any problem if I attend any two subjects and leave the rest two subjects untouched,is there any chance of they rejecting me

No, there will be no problem whatsoever and if there would have been any then your score wouldn't have published. With you score you can expect a seat in MIT but you will not a seat in top branches.
