Yes, you can secure admission in lower-ranking branches like Renewable at iiT Delhi, Bombay, Roorkee, NIT Trichy, Surathkal, DTU, etc. The lower branched less rankings compared to the highly competetive branches.

Hi,
The NIT Trichy cutoff is very competitive and normally the percentiles required for admission in this category is above 95-96. It is very unlikely to get admission at NIT Trichy in this percentile range.
