Other than that, a minimum percentage in the entrance test is required to get admission in various foreign language courses.
Minimum percentage in the entrance test varies from one university to another. But in general, it follows the criteria of scoring at least 25-30% marks in the entrance test.
In some universities, after the evaluation of written exams and performance at the senior secondary level, viva voce is also conducted.
Each university further releases its own cut off list.
For Postgraduate courses in Foreign Languages-
Candidates need to have a bachelor’s degree in the applied courses with a minimum aggregate of 45% from India.
For certain foreign languages such as German, French and Spanish, the minimum aggregate is slightly more than 45%.
1. The English and Foreign Languages University Admissions (EFLU) - EFL University provides various high-quality educational courses in both English and other foreign languages. The main campus is situated in Hyderabad, and two campuses are located in Shillong and Lucknow. It conducts a national level online entrance exam in the months of February and March.
2. Department of Germanic and Romance study, University of Delhi- This offers admission to various undergraduate courses in foreign languages. Admissions are solely undertaken based on a cut off list. GRS also offers admission to PG courses in foreign languages: French, German, Italian and Spanish by conducting entrance exams generally in the month of June.
3. Jawaharlal Nehru University entrance exam- It is a national online entrance test that is conducted for admissions into The School of Language, Literature and Culture Studies (SLLCS)- one of the premier institutions in the country. It offers various UG, PG courses in German, French and Japanese studies. The exam is conducted in the month of May- June.

yes you can take an admission. But after diploma you have to do graduation in anyway. With out graduation you won't get placed in a official process. The basic requirement is graduation in respective branch which varies per job posts.
You can do but for placement you have to do graduation. University keeps test for screening and after that you will get an admission. So if you want to do then prepare well and look for a good career.

Admission to JNU courses is conducted through the channel of JNU Entrance Test conducted by National Testing Agency.
The candidates will have to answer a total of 100 objective type questions for B.A. programme. The paper has been divided into two sections.
The first section contains objective type questions from Reasoning, English Grammar, Comprehension, Language for 50 marks.
Second section has descriptive type questions for 50 marks. The duration of the Exam is three hours.

As per your requirement, i would say that you can directly do Ma in jnu as mentioned above because you have already completed your bachelor degree which is btech so you directly go for post graduate course.
Graduation completed in any stream, from a recognized educational Board.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation.
