I have got 38.97 percentile and I am from SC category. Wht will be my rank? Will i get any NIT /NSUT /DTU /IIITD ? please suggest

and at this rank none of the above mentioned college offers any course.
but yes you can get some other colleges-

Sorry to say but even for a sc category student this is a very bad percentile to get any NITs or IIITs. You possible category rabk would be more than 45k and with this you won't get any NITs so I would suggest you to either look for some other private colleges or give exam again next year with better preparation.
