According to carrier in Research :- IIITD wins

3.Nsut COE (*Prfer 1 if Near to your location)

As per my knowledge for CS and IT branch NSUT is better than other mentioned colleges and there is not much difference between IT and CS.
so your preference should be
1. NSUT CS
2 NSUT IT
3 & 4 DTU and IIITD ( preference based on your location)
4. IGDTU
