The LL.M. with specialisation in Energy Law and Technology is a one-year postgraduate law specialisation program. It discusses the fundamental principles of rate regulation and public utilities, the division of federal and state jurisdiction, and the key federal statutes and regulatory regimes governing natural gas, electricity, and nuclear power.
