Our college mnit jaipur according to infrastructure is one of the best engineering college in india. It has carbon zero buildings. Green campus, full on mahol baazi bhaiya, for sports everything is available. Classroom are full AC or may be duct , but computer centers are full to AC rooms and library also has AC rooms. Mess are less hygienic but ofc we are engineering college students we can manage it.
I am pursuing my degree in metallurgical and materials engineering. Quality of teaching is good, or it can be improved because some teacher's are just enjoying there govt salary without putting any efforts in teaching and putting all the things in there belly. But our college CS brach is too good there placement are always too high.
Placement of all the branches are good. But for my branch it's not that good. But our branch is good for doing some more things with our studies , we can explore more things as we have less pressure. But we are future of our Country. Percentage of students getting placed is upto 60%. Highest packages are of 40 lac and they are of CS branch.
My course cost me per year 2 lac 20k, its too high , but what can we do , the rules are such types only, my father is govt servant and his salary is just 7 lac and we are general and my fees is 2 lac 20k per year so we have to survive
Best feature of my college is that it's the best place to learn everything, but the worst thing is that college heads are not good or it can be that our dean is corrupt. But corruption is everywhere you know. But students are always friendly.
I would like to add that if it's your last attempt and you have option to join mnit then just join it , but if you attempts left than just prepare for one year more and get into iits. Mnit is just name nothing more happens here. Thank you for the day.
Our college has the best infrastructure among all the engineering colleges in the city. It has Asia's biggest lecture and theatre complex called VLTC for our lectures and tutorials class. Also it has one big open air theatre for cultural nights. It has all other necessary infrastructural facilities.
Our institute has a team of best and experienced Professors in all the departments. Some of them have industrial knowledge and work experience also. They teach you so humbly and you can learn too much from them .
Placement opportunities at our college are many. You have chances to apply for non-core industries, core industries and even for off-campus placements. Average placement package lies between 9 to 17 lpa depending on your branch.
Yes, the money you pay is worth all the academics/curricular , co-curricular and extra-curricular experience and learning you'll gain from here.
Campus life is very very good here. Our campus is clean and big. You'll find too many places to hang out in the campus and so many cultural nights to celebrate and stay late out of hostel :-) You will have zero dis-appointement with the life here.
Yes, the infrastructure is very good and every possu facilities and equipment are thses. Every class has projector, and other facilities. Library and sport complex in also available. Every facilities that are used in studying are available in the classroom. And they are used also as well as well maintained too.
As it's a NIT the quality of teaching should be good. Teachers teach us every thing required and the curriculum is also updated and it covers allmost every development in the fields. Yes the professor make us ready for jobs as well as higher studies.
Placement are good. About 90-95% eligible students get placement offers. Max salary offered was 40lakh and it's in CSE branch.Average salary offered is 7-8 lakh and yes the placement process is super easy. And the college is so supportive.
Its approx 1.6 lakh for my course per year. Yes, its on the pricier side but the college is in the center of city and facilities are also top notch. So it's fine.
Campus Life is beautiful and very exciting. Many cultural activities and sports activities are held throughout the year. Student tend to know their other interest than studies. Everyone in the campus is so supportive. Yes the campus location is very safe and yes it can handle emergencies.
The college is good, campus is good, placements are good and the people here are so supportive.
Yes MNIT Jaipur has nearly all major equipments like library, lab equipments etc however wifi is very slow in some boys hostels and lan is also present only in 2 boys hostels. Mnit Jaipur has very poor cleanliness specially near boys hostels.... there's alot of garbage anf foul smell alot of students also get dengue because of this.
I was told that MNIT Jaipur has very good academic record especially in electrical Engineering but in my opinion apart from 1-2 teachers rest all teachers are very bad. most of the teachers are sc st like meena etc and therefore they don't have any specialization.
Placements are good. Students who get involved in coding are very well placed but branches other than cs , electronics and electrical engineering have very poor placement stats. I will suggest you to code if you are interested in it.
Worst. Nit Jaipur is the most expensive NIT and they provide woth nothing, nothing at all. Placements are not that good, facilities are also very poor, wifi is slow, mess food horrible, they don't even have proper auditorium or swimming pool , my school dps had alot more and better facilities than this.
I'm giving 2 stars only because your friends will make your campus life better. Vltc & Jaipur city will also add up to the flavour. College is overall safe, we have dispensery but it is not open 24/7 but yess nearby hospitals in Jaipur city are overall very good.
Overall it's good experience to be in NIT Jaipur. Because of it's location and campus life it is worth choosing for your college years. Afterall it all depends on your marks that which college you will be getting. All the vest for your future.
Yes our college has all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. . MNITs lecture hall VLTC is Asia's biggest lecture hall with all classes having well air-conditioning system ,Projectors ,etc. It has great LAN and WIFI speed in campus.
Quality of Teaching is nice with great curriculum. But slight update need to be done in that .We do have many clubs -technical and non technical which encourage every student to develop some skills.....
Placements are good. Approx more than 75% students gets placed every year and of average package or more than 7-8 lakhs. Highest package was around 42 lakh last year. Even if you are average student, you will have job when you pass out
As we all know NITS has nits own prestige. Since MNIT comes among top 10 NITs. MNIT has great infrastructure ( having the largest lecture hall in Asia) , facilities and equipment.
One of the best college in Jaipur, it has best infrastructure ,big lecture halls, big libraries, 7 big computer labs, recreation centres, sports complex, a seperate open area theatre for cultural activities.
The team of professors here is very experienced. They are expert in their fields, have written books, take online webinars and seminars at national level. You can learn so much studying here and add to your knowledge.
Placement ratio is outstanding. You can apply in many companies that are not related to your core branch. This increase your chances of placement. The average pacage of placement lies between 7-10lpa.
With all the fun , atmosphere , knowledge and experience this college gives to you, it is worth paying education fee here. Also, the fees is very low as compared to the private engineering institutions.
The best part of this college is its Campus Life. Roaming with your friends in the green and clean campus will give you emense pleasure. The cultural, technical and sports fests are an add-on to your lit college life.
Yes, we have all the infrastructures needed. Big lecture halls, labs, research, sports complex, library. We have Asia's largest lecture theatre complex - VLTC. The hostels are also spacious and the mess food is good. Also by second year you will get separate rooms.
I'm studying Metallurgical and materials engineering here. The professors are good and have a quality of knowledge of their subjects. The curriculum is also updated. We have Materials research centre also.
The placement stats of all the branches are good. The average package for CSE was 14 lakhs. The highest package was 39 lakhs from chemical engineering branch. So you can see from this that students from other branches also offered good packages in the core.
The college has all the necessary facilities like clean classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sport centres and hostel. All of these are well maintained. The living spaces is clean and the food is hygienic.
I am pursuing B.Tech in mechanical engineering from Malaviya national institute of technology. Yes, the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field which eventually prepares the students for the competitive world and makes them job-ready.
The college hosts a number of respectable companies each year and has a good track record with them . Companies are happy with the quality of students they recruit and come back each year for more. Placement teams effort every year is commendable.
Overalll college infrastructure is cool , we have vltc aisa largest lecture complex theatre , which can accomadate very large no.of students and fully ac rooms , greenry all around ,hostel facilities are also quit good ,mess good is not bad at all and hygienic, we have badminton court ,basketball court ,sports ground ,footbal ground and sports complex fully equipped with sports items ,library also quipped with many interesting books and a peaceful place for students to study , college is amazing

The total number of internships offered to the students (UG+ PG) was 152. Many companies approaches mnit tp hire students no only in core but non core companies tooo for engineering background students too .The Placement & Training cell shall be responsible for: ensuring that appropriate procedures are in place to
The money paid is definitely worth the education quality and experience we gain here. The tution fee is around 70 - 80k per semester and the hostel fees is around 30-40 k per semester.
MNIT has a beautiful, lush green campus and is situated in the heart of city. It's proximity to airport and railway station is plus point. Also there are various market places and malls nearby, which makes it very easy for a new person in city to fulfill his/ her requirements.
Overall it is a great place to spend your valuable four years. Not only it educates you in your field of study but also provide you with ample of opportunities to try new hobbies whether it be dramatics, any sport or any skill.
Our college really have a most beautiful campus it is totally green everywhere which is the best part I love. And the good infrastructure as everyone knows it has the Asia's biggest lecture theater complex. The hostels are also good with all facilities of clean spaces and good food in mess.
I am a B.Tech student here in Metallurgy branch and I found that having this branch in sucha good college is really fortunate. Because here you get fully developed and modern technology based labs for the research works and The MRC (Materials Research Center) a whole building here is dedicated to research in this field. I am so grateful for my branch and college.
My college have sucha good percentage of placements and packages. Approx 90% student every year get placed. The placement process is amazing and the average salary offered every year is 10 lakh per annum.
As I'm from General category it costs 1 to 1.5 lakh per year including all the charges of hostel, mess and evry facility and so this is the highest here. I think my college is worth it.
It's the best campus in every aspect of amazing environment, the greenness everywhere, the behavior of people here the staff, the faculty and the seniors. It always feels like home to me I've never felt unsafe here . And it's in a good locality.
Yes, based on her AIR of 3424 in General and 970 in OBC category in JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch), your daughter has a good chance of getting admission in Architecture to MNIT Jaipur under the OBC category. In previous years, the closing ranks for OBC category at MNIT Jaipur for B.Arch have gone to around1500-1600, so a rank of 970 is comfortably at the lower part of that bracket. However, the final allotment will depend on yearly cutoffs, matrix of the seats and choices filled for JoSAA counseling. Check here for more information: MNIT jaipur
Choosing between NIT Jaipur (ECE) and NIT Bhopal (CSE) depends on your interest and long-term goals, but here’s a balanced view:
If you’re interested in coding, software development, or IT roles , NIT Bhopal CSE is generally better, with higher placements and more career opportunities in the tech sector. On the other hand, NIT Jaipur is a reputed institute, and ECE offers flexibility—you can explore both core electronics and IT fields. However, in terms of placement stats, salary packages, and global demand , CSE at NIT Bhopal usually has an edge. Ultimately, choose the branch that aligns better with your interest, as long-term
Hello Aspirant,
If you have a strong interest in core engineering and also an interdisciplinary inclination toward fields like automation, robotics, or control systems, then Instrumentation and Control in NIT Trichy would be a great field to choose, NIT Trichy is one of the top NITs with good faculty, research exposure and great placements record for niche branches as well.
However, if you have a stronger inclination to become more software, electronics, communication level in the tech field, ECE in NIT Nagpur or MNIT Jaipur would be better options as they provide a wider breadth to careers and also a better mass placements options.
So choose NIT Trichy (ICE) as it is a prestige institute and if you have core engineering interest and decent academics. Also, you can choose ECE (Nagpur/Jaipur) for breadth in tech roles, coding based jobs, flexibility in all sorts of career paths.
