College has been located outskirts of city. Its has AIR Conditioners lecture theatres,well equipped labs, world class gym, sports grounds and all. Big drawback related to this college that hostel are in poor condition especially bathroom and washroom.

As par standards OF NIT it has great faculty and professors . Also TAs and Scholars also help in Academics and research and projects stuffs. As per NEW advancements in the syllabus more emphasis is given practical knowledge

Placements stats of circuital branch like (ECE,EE,ICE,IT,CSE) are way better as compare to BT,TT,IPE IS below average. There is a vast difference between in these. Top branches are getting high placements so one should seek admission only if he is getting big branch.

Value for money is only for top branches as they will getting placements. Also as per standards of NITs the fees are literally feasible and affordable for all category of people . Also numerous people are getting various scholarship on merit basis.

Campus life is pretty average. Campus is located in outside the city and have pollution free environment. Also it has dispensary Shops and canteens for student welfare. Its has various grounds and sports facilities for students recreational purposes.

The institute has decent level of infrastructure and well air conditioned lecture theatre. All the labs of every departments have been equipped with high tech facilities. Also central library is meta centre for all academics related sources. And there are all kind of sports facilities of both indoor and outdoor games

The institute has rigorous academic curriculum , which includ ebith theoretical and practical aspects of llearning. The faculty members are highly qualified and experienced in the respective fields. Also modern and advance methord of Learning is used to tell student about practicality rather than theoratical cramming stuffs.

THE college placements are superb for all the top most branches like CSE,EE ECE,IT ,ICE but on the other hand lower branch like bt tt have percentage very less as far on campus placements. ONE can expect top notch package only if he/SHE is from top branch

Course fees are to the point and very reasonable and various scholarship are provided to students . its totally worth to study in the premium institute of india as onw get a lot of oppurtunties to embrace his future.

The institute is located in outskirts of Jalandhar city in an pollution free campus . Differents clubs conduct various activites to engage students and destress about studies. Its has basics facilites dispencary , shops to fulfill day to day needs. Central parks and gardens are major attraction to embrace its beauty. Only negitive aspect is that campus is quite small but still it is safe and in good competitive environment of top creme layer of students

College has all the necessary infrastructure. Labs are well equipped and air conditioned. Library has vast range of books. Whole campus has WiFi. Campus is generally clean and food is hygienic. There are various facilities like gym, playground, sports equipment etc. Both AC and non-ac rooms with 1/2/3/4/6 bed available.

All teachers have PhD. They know the content very well. But sometimes they are not able to explain it to students properly. Teachers clarify doubts whenever asked. Curriculum is good and updated. To be job ready, students need some extra practice beyond curriculum syllabus

Placements are good. Every year more than 5500 students register for on-campus placements and more than 700 companies visit. Average CTC is around 7 LPA and around 20 percent of students get CTC of more than 10 LPA. Placement process is smooth and college is helpful during it.

Marvelous infrastructure , well furnished labs for practical, a no. of sports,good hostels with wifi facilities, mess food also up to the mark,cleaniness of campus is also good,moreover security is also given importance.

I am studying civil engineering. The teachers are well qualified and experienced. Focus is not just given on academic but overall development of student. Doubt sessiona are also organized regularly. Overall standard of teaching is up-to-mark.

Placement have been veey good in our college. Many branches have 100%Placement. Highest package was of 42 lakhs by Amazon which was offered to Computer Science student. Placements are increasing every year by good margin.

Fees and other charges are less than private colleges in punjab. Fees is arrangeable. And studying in one of the top institute is asset to me. And it is worth according to standards of study and other opportunities.

Good infrastructure is provided, and it's one of the shortest nit(in terms of area) but having a huge number of students intake from 2020. Well as per the info provided from my seniors I would say it's like pretty much good infrastructure not bad and not that great.

Academics are also just good or I can say average not that great like every other nit/iit, like no great speciality. Main professors will never teach you they will be focused in their research work. Well I am studying ece as per the curriculum i guess it's up to the date.

Too much hyped, don't join by seeing the top placements (Microsoft), basically there is no consistency in some big companies like D.E.shaw, Adobe they just came in one year and after that they never visited. And don't see cse and ece averages and join. In this on going year less companies visited and there is super inconsistent, mostly people join nit j after seeing all the top placements thats not the truth better get a good college life and all that stuff.

Because of online it's around 80k per semester same like other nits, of course it's not worth it (specifically in online case)

I am studying in Textile Technology department where teacher are very good and the reason behind this is the experience . curriculum is shifted toward the research sector rather than industrial aspect. This might be problem for finding jobs in industrial sector.

Placement is average . only few stream are grooming while other faces lots of problem in their placements. In Textile Technology last year 70% students were placed and highest package was around 16 lac per annum & average was around 4.86 lac per annum. Placement process is easy and placement coordinator and staff is supportive.

It is based on family income ,if it is less than 1 lac per annum then tution fee will concess and only other supportive charges you have to pay as amount of 20850 per semester and for family income in between 1 to 5 lac per annum then this cost is around 47000 per semester and for family income above 5 lac per annum 71000 per semester and in last hostel fee which is around 25000 per semester is common for all in addition to their semester fee . it is totally worth as it provide ample environment

campus is situated at the corner of city jalandhar , so that their is a small market or you can say shops near to campus . campus environment is energetic and competative due to student activities in order refine their knowledge . Teachers are very supportive but hostel staff are little bit rude .

Placement process is easy and placement coordinator and staff is supportive.

The infrastructure of our college building is average. Our college has beautiful ground for athletics . After the first year all hostels are fairly spacious and you can enjoy your time . Food of canteen is also tasty.

Actually the faculties have no such thing of providing notes. They just use to recommend us some of books and told us to find the topics and to have self study from it. Although the industry exposure is enough for us.

Approximately 80 percent of students get placed via campus placement . The highest package was around 42 lpa and the lowest one was around 7 Lpa. Top recruiters were Microsoft , Amazon , Samsung and many more.

The fees structure of Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute Of technology is I'd feasible . For the first year it is nearly 88 thousands also we can pay fees in installments . Candidate who are eligible for government fees waiver have to pay less fees.

Life at campus is very well . There are separate rooms , libraries , cultural rooms and a huge conference hall . Every semester our college organised cultural feast as well as sports events where teachers also play with us.

The best thing of this college is like students can study electrical , mechanical or even computer . All the events organised are best . All the seniors are helpful even non teaching staff is also good .

The campus of NIT Jalandhar is lush green and has a very clean environment. The classrooms are well equipped with blackboard,smartboard,whiteboard and projectors.The classrooms are well furnished and fully ac equipped. The campus has a gym,various sports grounds,library,canteen,open air theatre and many more facilities which are well maintained by the authorities.Seperate hostel facilities are provided for both girls and boys.The living spaces are clean and well equipped with all basic amenities

I am currently pursuing btech in Civil Engineering because I want to qualify for civil services. All the faculty is well qualified.The quality of education provided is really good.Both technical and practical aspects are taken into account.Interactive teaching is encouraged.Laboratories are well equipped and curriculum is well updated. Other than technical subjects we are also made job ready by inculcating various soft skills in us by teaching us various communication and managerial skills.

The placement percentage of our college has been fairly good.Branches like CSE ECE attained the highest package of nearly 40Lpa.The placement percentage for civil branch has been 80 percent for the 2020 passing batch.The placements for 2021 batch are still going on.Despite the Covid19 situation the Institute has put in great efforts to bring in good job opportunities for students.For civil branch the highest package offered was 12LPA for batch 2020.Larsen and Turbo is a major recruiter for civil

Tuition fees for general category is 60,000 per semester, whereas for SC and ST category it is nill.For Other backward classes and economically weaker category the fees is less. It is worthy to spend this amount of money so as to get such good quality education and amenities. It is a value for the money deal. The hostel facilities are also expanding. All the facilities from classroom to gym are well maintained and good.

The college campus is lush green.It has various amenities including gym open air theatre,basketball court,Badminton court,athletic ground,Central seminar hall,library,canteens,temple etc.The college is on the outskirts of the city and transportation facilities are available to connect with the city.The teachers are supportive. Yes the college is save and has good security facilities.It can handle emergencies. Overall this college is great to study in.

It's a great college with ample of opportunities where you can discover various skills and talents and upgrade yourself.You learn many new things.Students from various parts of country study under the same roof so we get a good cultural exchange platform also.The academics and placements of college are also very good.

Overall infrastructure of NIT jalandhar can be considered average. All necessary facilities are available and equipments are available. Smart classrooms are there but lags in wifi speed, most of the students use their own data pack. Talking about cleanliness of campus and food , it is well maintained.

NIT jalandhar is well known for their academic performance. With experienced teacher, College has maintained balance with recent advancements. Currently I'm pursuing Electronics and Communication Engineering in NIT jalandhar and it has placement percentage above 95%.

Students have got many hefty packages in NITJ. Companies like Google, Microsoft,Adobe, Samsung, Vardhman,mahindra always come to hire students from this college. It's average Package is around 10lac. And placement percentage is around 95%. There are few assigned placement coordinator which guides 2nd and 3rd year student of the college in cracking big companies placements.

Total course cost per year is around 1.8 lac (same for all the branches in b.tech) . The amount we're paying for the course really worth of it.

I think the only thing in which this college lags is it's infrastructure, there's no proper maintenance. But one of the best thing about the college is the way they're providing opportunities to grow new skills . There are dance clubs, music clubs,sports club,etc.

Overall NITJ can be considered among one of the best college of India.
