About NIT Jalandhar
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar (NITJ), Punjab was established in 1987. Initially it was started as the “Regional Engineering College” and then got the status of “National Institute of Technology” by the Government of India in 2002. NIT Jalandhar has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation.

It is quite great. It has a very well-designed curriculum and classrooms, and the library is also very well-updated with books from every domain. The hostel provides students with a comfortable living experience and makes earning enjoyable.

NIT Jalandhar has good infrastructure with well-developed labs and classrooms. There are three hostels for first-year students: BH1, BH2, and BH5. BH1 and BH2 are better than BH5 because the food and facilities are much better in BH1 and BH2, but BH1 and BH2 are four-seater, while BH5 is a two-seater.
