Hello,

Yes, you can enroll for MPA in IGNOU even being a government employee, see basically in IGNOU classes are conducted in weekends, and since you will be opting for a course that doesn't require practical class, you can also do self-study on your own as well, the course materials of IGNOU are written in simple, easy to understand language, and there are various YouTube  channels to help you out regarding this such as CEC UGC, even IGNOU has its own broadcast of tutorials with faculty teaching, you can follow the social media handles regarding this, connect with the coordinator of your study centre to know more details about the exact timings, to know more details regarding this, visit the official website at https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/programme-detail?id=9a8ef44b7096dcae2d61d08f5b7b30836ab49bf08ea3bcf59d8471cf618d26021114 to know more about MPA,

Hello,

From your question it seems the query is regarding IGNOU, first of all IGNOU provides a flexibility in terms of pursuing education, submission of assignments is compulsory for two reasons, that is to appear for term end exam, assignments carry 30% of total weightage and moreover the status of your grade card will remain incomplete in case you don't submit the assignments, coming to re-registration as I mentioned before about the flexibility factor even if you haven't appeared for first year term end exam you can still go ahead with re-registration for second year, and you have to appear for your first year term end exam, as you've filled the exam form and you need to appear in the month of February, 2021 for Term End Exam, in order to complete your course, that is your first year and then move forward to the second year.

Dear Candidate,

You can search the same on various portals on internet for step by step method & better understanding. Kindly know, we are limited by our answering options, still I will try to help you.

1. Force on spring when pressure in reservoir is 1N/mm2

P1 = 491N

2. Force on spring when pressure in reservoir is 1.2N/mm2

P2 = 589N

Spring index, C=6, Wahl's factor

K = 1.2525

From tau find the nearest standard diameter, (Coil dia = 6*d = 29.262)

For number of turn, formula for deflection will be used

Delta = [(8*P*D^3)/(G*d^4)]*n , n= effective number of turns

Now,

P2-P1 = 98N

n = 9.2 (after calculating delta)

Actual number of turns with bent = 9.2+2 = 11.2

Now,

Initial deflection at P1 = (491/98)*4 = 20.04mm

Maximum deflection at P2 = (589/98)*4 = 24.04mm

Difference is of 4mm

Now,

Free length of spring

= n'*d + Delta(max) + (n'-1)*1.0

n'= actual number of turns

Therefore free Length of spring,

= 88.86mm(after calculating the whole equation)

Thanks. Hope it helped you a bit.

Hello,

As per UGC guidelines, it has stated that first/second year students will be exempted from appearing in the examination, however the same doesn't hold true for final year students.

As for IGNOU, it has clearly mentioned in its official website that in the month of September term end exam will take place only for final year students, so as per UGC guidelines the chances of TEE for first or second year students of degree programs is unlikely, stay updated at the official website at ignou.ac.in for more details regarding this.

Hello,

If you are talking about the MPA from Ignou then you can find the following material in hindi on their official website. You can search on the internet for the same. It is directly available for download on the official website. I am posting the link below for your reference;
