SIBM: Application Process

The SIBM application process remains the same and fairly simple for all the four campuses of SIBM, located in Pune, Nagpur, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. The admission process of SIBM entails two procedures, first appearing for the common aptitude test designed by SIBM itself which is known as the SNAP test, and secondly, the selection process that includes a written ability test, group exercises, and personal interview. The marks obtained in the first round, which is appearing for the SNAP test, decide whether an applicant proceeds to the selection process or not.

The short-listed candidates based on the marks obtained in SNAP Test are called in for the selection process. The cumulative score of the SNAP Test and the selection process ultimately decide the admission of the candidate.

SIBM: Selection Process

As stated earlier in the article, the SIBM application process consists of two parts, first registering for appearing in the SNAP test and attaining a scorecard from the entrance exam, second the selection process which consists of a written ability test, group exercises, and personal interviews.

Step 1. Each student, who wishes to take admission to SIBM institute must take the entrance test, known as Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test designed by SIBM itself.

Step 2: Prospective applicants can fill out the forms for SNAP Test by logging on to the SIBM SNAP test portal, or by clicking on the SNAP registering link.

Step 3: After registering and applying online for the SIBM SNAP test, prospective students are required to pay Rs. 1000/- plus GST as the fees for the application form of the test.

Step 4: An Admit Card of SNAP Test for further selection process at SIBM is generated which is the identity card for appearing for SNAP Test, whose results decide whether an applicant moves further in the admission process or not.

Step 5: The selected candidates, who fulfill the requirement of selection criteria based on SNAP test scores are called in for a selection process.

Step 6: Cumulative scores of the SNAP test and selection process directs the decision of allowing an applicant to be enrolled in the applied course or not, which marks the end of the admission process.
