Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), situated in the city of Hyderabad, was established in the year 1964, which is currently working under the guidance of the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), the Government of India, and the Government of Telangana. The Campus list of IPE chiefly consists of two campuses, one in the main city of Hyderabad and the other in a nearby district of Hyderabad. Hostels Facility: IPE Hyderabad has two distinct hostels for Boys and Girls on the campus itself. Preferences for the hostel are given to the outstation students on first cum first serve basis. The hotels’ are designed with an ultra-modern food court serving all three meals in a day. Along with the Kiosk, facilities catering the needs of the students. The hostel also offers in-house laundry facilities to all their hostellers on the campus.
Gym: IPE Hyderabad also includes a gym as part of their facilities and infrastructure which is a well-equipped layout for the students to have great workout sessions on the campus.
Library: IPE Hyderabad has a well-resourced library that maintains a long-standing collaboration with other national and foreign universities such as, NASSDOC, ISB, ASCI, CESS, etc. the library is filled with immense knowledge provided by the means of books, publication journals, survey reports from the Controller and Auditor General (CAG), the Ministry of Industry, Govt. of India (GoI), etc.
Sports Centres: IPE Hyderabad offers both indoor and outdoor games facilities available on the campus.
Cafeteria: The campus also offers an ultra-modern mess facility providing healthy meals to the students and the other members of the institute.
Auditorium: IPE Hyderabad auditorium has a large seating capacity of 500 individuals, that is fitted with modern audio and video technologies for the ease of administration and students.
Medical Facility: Medical facilities are also available on the campus of IPE Hyderabad which provides a coverage sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to each student as a part of medical insurance.
WIFI: The IPE Hyderabad campus is WiFi-enabled, providing students and administration access to the internet service at 500 Mbps 24 x7 with firewall sonic wall security.
Transport Facility: For day scholars of IPE, a facility of transportation from multiple locations of the Hyderabad city to its Shamirpet Campus is offered. At present buses running from 11 different locations viz.Vanasthalipuram, Uppal, Chaitanyapuri, Dilsukhnagar, IPE - OU Campus, Mehdipatnam, Motinagar, Taranaka, Saroornagar, Kukatapally and Yapral.

Yes, it is true. From 2024 onwards, AP EAPCET ranks are calculated only on the EAPCET exam marks . The Intermediate (IPE) marks are not added for ranking. Any information saying IPE marks are included is outdated.
