KJ SIMSR Mumbai Facilities

• Accommodation - At KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research provides on-campus living facility to both boys and girls. The name of the hostels for boys and girls are called MAITREYI and SANDIPANI. The hostel rooms are spacious and are equipped with all basic amenities like continuous running water supply, electricity, furniture, internet, medical room, etc.

• Gym - At KJ SIMSR facilities at the gym include modern equipment for all types of workouts and more.

• Library - The institute library is fully computerized, which is built over an area of 7000 sq. feet. The KJ Somaiya houses more than 91000 plus books. The college library also houses Indian and International Periodicals. The library's online database includes CMIE, EBSCO, CRISIL, WARC, PROQUEST etc.

• Sports Centre - The college sports center encourages both indoor and outdoor games. Students are motivated to participate in different sporting events in and outside the college.

• Cafeteria - The cafeteria at KJ SIMSR provides multi-cuisine and nutritious food choices to students and faculty both at affordable prices.

• Amphitheatre & Auditorium - Amphitheatre at K J Somaiya is named Tagore which hosts many of the institute’s cultural programs. The Art auditoriums namely TAKSHILA and NALANDA which have a seating capacity of 250 each have hosted many Guest Speakers and ceremonies.

• Medical Clinic/ Hospital- Highly trained and experienced doctors, Dr. Shreerang Joshi (Medical Councilor) and Dr. Hemlata Kawde are available on the campus to attend to students' needs at the institute when required. Regular medical checkups are done to assure that students are physically and mentally fit.

• WIFI - The KJ Somaiya Institute of Management is fully WIFI. The internet facility is available for students and faculty at the institute at any time from anywhere inside the campus.

• IT Infrastructure - KJ SIMSR has a lush green campus spread over 60 acres. Which is well-furnished and the buildings at the institute cover an area of 150,000 sq. The computer labs are equipped with the latest software and hardware to support the research and project work.

• Alumni Association - The college has a good and strong networking for alumni association.
