Flame University Scholarships Provided Based On Class 12th Marks

1. Flame University Scholarships based on Merit at the time of admission

This flame university scholarship is awarded to the best performing students at the time of admission. The final internal scores are the primary criteria for selection of this scholarship. This may be a partial scholarship or a full-fee waiver. The amount of scholarship is disclosed in the Flame University admission offer letter.

2. College Board India Scholars Program

This scholarship is only for the students who have appeared for the SAT Exam. Indian students who score 1300 or above in SAT are recognized as Best Performers by the College Board at the end of April on an annual basis. Top performers who demonstrate financial need with annual income less than Rs 8,00,000/ per annum are eligible to receive a full tuition scholarship for the entire duration of their programme of study by the College Board. This scholarship is only facilitated by Flame University by connecting the student with the College Board. Students need to complete the formalities directly.

3. Flame University Scholarships based on special achievements

Special scholarships are provided for students who have outstanding performance in diverse fields. They need to have supporting documents to prove their achievements. Students can be eligible for this scholarship if they meet any of the following criteria:

• State, board or national level rank holder in academics.

• FLAME Sports Scholarships for international/national/state level award winners. Only the sports which are recognized by the SGFI or IOA will be considered valid.

• National/State level achievers in fields other than academics or sports.

4. Emergency need-based support

Emergency need-based support is also provided to students who face financial crises beyond their control. To be eligible for financial aid, there has to be a loss from an uncontrollable circumstance which makes it difficult for students to generate funds on their own. Students need to present valid supporting documents for the same.

Flame University Scholarship Conditions

• Flame University Scholarship Committee reviews the performance of the scholarship student every term. The continuation of the scholarship is conditional on students maintaining a CGPA of 7.50 (8.50 in case of scholarship awarded under clause ‘Merit scholarships for enrolled students’) or more in all the semesters the student has enrolled into.

• If a scholarship student is not able to maintain the minimum CGPA in two consecutive semesters, the scholarship award will be withdrawn for the rest of the duration of the program.

• The Flame university scholarship amount is not paid directly to the selected student. It is deducted from the term dues.

• If any of the information given by the scholarship recipient is inaccurate or false at any time during the program, the scholarship award will be withdrawn and the recipient will either have to pay the full fees immediately or they will be removed from the program.
