To get your certificates back you may have to pay the tuition fee of that academic year or entire course fee if you leave the course in the middle of the duration of the course. It is subjected to the rules and regulations of the institute. We would suggest you to contact the administration department of the institute and enquire regarding the same. They shall assist you in this regard by providing the details of the procedure to discontinue the course.
but I belong to ST category
still it is required to pay fee to discontinue the college
and one more... to discontinue the college I need to clear all the subject in semister or else no need
