As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question. I was a student in the B.Tech CSE of 2012 batch.

No doubt Amity is a good university. The B Tech CSE program is one program that LPU is known for. Well-tailored course content to meet the global industrial needs, good faculty, and state-of-the-art facilities have left many NITs far behind.

The B Tech CSE program primarily deals with the development as well as designing of computer software and hardware processes with a strong focus on courses related to algorithms, computation, programming languages, program design, computer hardware, computer software, databases, operating systems, computer networking, etc. That are needed to build and solve problems using computers

The curriculum taught here is of international standard. One gets to learn from foreign and industry experts. There are provisions of international credits in some programs where a student gets an opportunity to go abroad to study.

Lovely Professional University is the best choice to opt for CSE. It ranked 78th amongst all government and private universities by NIRF ranking released by MHRD, Government of India.

LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students as it provides scope to their students to attend guest lectures or workshops.

Also the subjects you are going to study, their syllabus and curriculum is so designed keeping in mind the industry demands.

At LPU the curriculum keeps changing and the new courses like AI, IOT, Big Data, Cloud computing are added. Frequent workshops are also organized.
